Archer School For Girls
What a gift and privilege to be part of such an incredible team for Archer School for Girls. My responsibilities included collaborating with different departments to capture and showcase the school’s vibrant student life, work, advocacy, and community. I directed and designed in-house publications such as Artemis (2018 Grand Gold International C.A.S.E. Award Winner), Impact Reports, invitations and event signage for fundraising events such as the Archer Affair, designed and printed athletic uniforms, school signage banners, branded school programs Archer Summer and student life photography.

i spent a season dreaming at archer
I wanted to create a whimsical badge to spark joy for the new summer program. Incorporating school colors and historical motifs enhanced the program branding to be distinct yet part of the same Archer family.
Providing a safe place for self-expression through everyday school items such as school planners is pivotal. The distinct colors of Lower and Upper School encompass the covers with Artemis, the school mascot, shooting for the stars. Inside included quotes, coloring pages, sudoku, and crossword puzzles.
I wanted to support the vital student-led S.T.E.M. Symposium as best as possible. We decided to get creative by branding the event with two pivotal colors from the school palette, creating custom Steminist T-shirts that students can wear and support year-round.
Reconfiguring the Archer emblem into its foundational structure, I created the Women of Archer motif, representing the foundational structure of alums, faculty, and community members that are the heart of Archer School for Girls. Whether it is outreach, volunteering, or fundraising, the committee makes it possible for Archer to provide education and resources for all students.

“. . . gentleness is stronger than severity, water is stronger than rock, love is stronger than force.”
―Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha
“Life is what we make of it. Travel is the traveler. What we see isn't what we see but what we are.”
―Fernando Pessoa
“I've dreamed a lot. I'm tired now from dreaming but not tired of dreaming. No one tires of dreaming, because to dream is to forget, and forgetting does not weigh on us, it is a dreamless sleep throughout which we remain awake. In dreams I have achieved everything.”
―Fernando Pessoa
“To be great, be whole;
Exclude nothing, exaggerate nothing that is not you.
Be whole in everything. Put all you are
Into the smallest thing you do.
So, in each lake, the moon shines with splendor
Because it blooms up above.”
―Fernando Pessoa
Artemis, the school mascot, reminds students to shoot for the stars and never give up. This message shines through the design with Artemis center stage.
